Michael O’Sullivan Provident Capital

Welcome

Welcome to the July 2008 edition of Provident Capital’s eUpdate.

The Financial Year for 2007/8 has passed and a lot has happened in the last 12 months, not only for Provident Capital Ltd, but also the broader financial community. Provident Capital has experienced one of its strongest June quarters ever, continuing to benefit from its diversified funding base. Provident Capital’s loan offering has never been more competitive and we are positioned to continue this growth in the 2009 financial year.
In this month’s eUpdate edition, we outline what’s new in relation to our updated product guides, which have been refreshed to ensure that we remain as competitive as possible in the low-doc lending market.

We also continue our ‘Deal of the Month’ article series, where we highlight some of the more unique deals that have settled recently. Additionally, we profile one of our important clients, through the ‘Interview with a Broker’ segment, in which we discover a little more about one of our valued brokers and what’s important to them.

Finally, we feature the Provident Capital Corporate Golf Day, an event that is becoming a signature marketing event.

We thank you for all your support over the last Financial Year and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Regards,

Michael O’Sullivan
Managing Director
